  • Parking can be a bit tricky especially because anywhere near our salon is 2 hour parking. We recommend parking, then an hour or so into your appointment we can take a mini break and move your car if needed or parking 3 blocks away near Starbucks and walking to the salon.

  • We are located on the second floor of the main street building directly across from the Kalispell grand hotel. You can enter the building in the north facing door and go directly up the stairs and you'll see our space at the top of the staircase.

  • Appointments can get lengthy, specially if were installing or reinstalling your hair extensions along with color, so have a big breakfast/lunch. Holding as still as possible during your visit will help your stylist cruise through your service.

  • We love littles, but we do ask you do not bring your little to your hair appointment, the salon is not child proof and the less interruptions during the appointment the smoother your service will go. If your last minute childcare fell through we ask that you reschedule your hair appointment, as you will still be charged with a late cancellation fee.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Clients are required to notify us of any appointment cancellations at least 24 hours in advance. If a cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time, a late cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the total service cost will be charged. A "no-show" is defined as a client who fails to arrive for a scheduled appointment without prior notification. In the event of a no-show, the client will be charged a fee equal to 100% of the total service cost.
