Custom Color Services

Clients are required to notify us of any appointment cancellations at least 24 hours in advance. If a cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time, a late cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the total service cost will be charged. A "no-show" is defined as a client who fails to arrive for a scheduled appointment without prior notification. In the event of a no-show, the client will be charged a fee equal to 100% of the total service cost. If you arrive 10 minutes late, your service may need to be adjusted to fit within the remaining time. If you are 30 minutes or more late, your appointment may be considered a cancellation, and the late cancellation policy will apply.

To ensure a peaceful and hazard-free environment, we kindly ask that children do not accompany you to your appointment unless they are receiving a service. Our salon contains hot tools, chemicals, and limited space, making it unsafe for little ones. Please arrange childcare in advance to fully enjoy your time with us.

We accept credit/debit cards and cash. A non-refundable deposit may be required for extensions and multi-hour appointments, which will be applied to your total service cost. Pricing varies based on hair length, thickness, and customization, and all services and deposits are non-refundable. While gratuity is never expected, it is always appreciated.

For the safety and hygiene of all our clients, Alpine Beauty Studio accepts exchanges on unopened, unused products within 7 days of purchase. Due to health regulations, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on opened or used products.

At Alpine Beauty Studio, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with your service, please let us know during your appointment or contact us within 7 days so we can discuss any necessary adjustments. Corrections will be considered on a case-by-case basis and must align with the original consultation. No refunds will be issued for services, but we will do our best to ensure you love your hair. Your confidence and trust in our work mean everything to us!
